You can earn more Heart Points Score by doing activities at a higher pace, like Jogging, running, brisk walk. Scoring 150 heart Points each week can help you live longer, sleep better, and boost your mood.
Recommendation from AHA
American Heart Association’s recommendations – based on federal guidelines – are that most adults should have at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise like brisk walking, or at least 75 minutes per week of vigorous exercise like running.
It just takes 22 minutes of brisk walking each days of a week to reach the recommended amount of physical activity proven to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep and increase overall mental well-being.

By default there is 150 heart points for weekly. That means you have assign at least 22 points in day.
